What is PODS?

PODS aims to improve the patient-centeredness of discharge through the delivery of a Patient Oriented Discharge Summary (PODS). Designed according to best practices by providers, caregivers, and patients, specifically hard-to-reach patient groups such as those with language barriers, limited health literacy, and mental health conditions, PODS is easy for patients and families to understand and act on.
